StatGallery ("StatGallery," "we," "us," or "our") provides a mobile and web platform for team sports statistics, roster management, game tracking, and related features. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the StatGallery iOS application, our website at statgallery.com, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly, information generated through your use of the Services, and limited technical information needed to operate and improve the product.
Account Information
When you create or manage a StatGallery account, we may collect information such as your name, email address, optional phone number, profile information, and authentication credentials or tokens used to verify your identity.
Team Information
When you create or join teams, we collect team-related information that you or other authorized users enter, such as team names, locations, schedules, rosters, and other team-related content.
Player Information
StatGallery stores player-related information entered by authorized users, which may include player names, jersey numbers, profile details, physical attributes such as height and weight, statistics, achievements, and roster history.
Game Information
When games are tracked or recorded in StatGallery, we collect information such as scores, statistics, game events, and related game metadata.
Photos, Videos, and User Content
You and other authorized users may upload or submit videos, clips, highlights, photos, and other media or content through the Services. We also collect metadata associated with that content, such as upload time, file type, and related team, player, or game associations.
Subscription Information
If you purchase or manage a StatGallery Pro subscription, we receive subscription-related information such as subscription status, entitlement status, product identifiers, and purchase metadata provided by Apple and our subscription provider, RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your full payment card details; billing is handled by Apple through the App Store.
Analytics and Diagnostics
We collect technical and usage information to operate, secure, and improve the Services. This may include crash reports, diagnostic logs, product analytics events, device and app version information, and general usage information. Our analytics practices are designed to avoid collecting unnecessary personally identifiable information in routine product analytics.

Providing the Services
To create and manage accounts, authenticate users, store team and player data, track games and statistics, process and display user content, and deliver core StatGallery functionality.
Team Management and Sports Analytics
To support roster management, game tracking, statistics, records, achievements, and related team and player features used by coaches, staff, parents, guardians, and athletes.
Subscriptions and Billing
To provide StatGallery Pro features, validate subscription status, process subscription events, and support purchase restoration.
Customer Support
To respond to requests, troubleshoot issues, and provide assistance when you contact us or submit feedback through the Services.
Product Improvement
To understand how the Services are used, improve features and performance, develop new functionality, and evaluate product reliability.
Security and Fraud Prevention
To protect accounts, detect abuse, investigate suspicious activity, and maintain the security and integrity of the Services.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and support legitimate business needs.

For example, account and team data is generally retained while your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward, while diagnostic and analytics data may be retained for shorter periods unless needed for security or troubleshooting.
You may request deletion of your account or certain information by contacting us. Some information may be retained where required by law or where we have a legitimate need to retain it. Deletion requests may not immediately remove information from backups or systems retained for security, legal, compliance, or disaster recovery purposes.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
Minors
StatGallery is used by teams, coaches, parents, guardians, and athletes. Athlete and player information may be entered and managed by authorized adults, coaches, and team administrators rather than directly by minors. Parents, guardians, coaches, and team administrators may manage information relating to athletes on behalf of their teams.
If you are a parent, guardian, or authorized adult and believe that information relating to a minor has been submitted to StatGallery in a way that concerns you, please contact us at support@statgallery.com and we will review your request.
StatGallery is not directed at children under 13 to create accounts independently, and account creation is intended for users who can provide a valid email address and accept our terms.
Your Choices
You may update certain account information through the StatGallery app. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain information, subject to applicable law and our data retention needs.
You can manage App Store subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the Services or by other appropriate means.
Your continued use of the Services after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
